If Customer does not agree to be bound by these terms, Customer may immediately stop accessing our website or using our services.
Our services
This website of ours will provide customers with a way for them to make reservations to use the dining and entertainment services provided by us (“Services”).
Limited in scope and geography
We only provide on-site service at 26th and 27th floors AB Tower, 76A Le Lai, Ben Thanh Ward, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City.
Delivery, warranty, return
Our services are provided at the restaurant only and are not subject to warranty and do not deliver goods of any kind.
For the types of food and drinks we have provided, we will not accept refunds unless the food or drinks are not the same as the customer ordered.
Cancellation policy does not currently apply.
Customer Obligations
Customers are only allowed to use this website for personal, non-commercial purposes, and are not allowed to change or edit any part of this website.
At the time of booking, the Customer agrees to allow us to text, call or send email/sms or send notifications to provide information or obtain information related to your booking.
Customers are required to regularly read and comply with the policies set forth in these Terms and Conditions.
Customers may not:
• Systematically retrieve data or other content from the Services to create or compile, directly or indirectly, a collection, compilation, database or directory without authorization in our writing.
• Fraud, defraud or mislead us and other users, especially in any attempt to learn sensitive account information such as user passwords.
• Circumvent, disable or otherwise interfere with security-related features of the Service, including features that prevent or restrict the use or copying of any Content or enforce limitations for your use of the Services and/or the Content contained therein.
• In our opinion, disparage or cause harm to us and/or the Services.

Customer’s agreement to use our services
By using our services, Customers represent and warrant that: (i) all information that Customers register and send to us will be true, accurate, and fully updated, (ii) ) maintain such information accurately and promptly update such information as necessary, (iii) have full civil capacity and agree to comply fully and completely with these Terms and Conditions, ( iv) the customer is not under 18 years of age, (v) does not access the website through automated or non-human means whether through robots, scripts or otherwise, (vi) the Customer does not use the Services service for any illegal or unauthorized conduct, (vii) Customer’s use of the service will not violate any provisions of applicable law.
If Customer provides any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, we have the right to refuse any and all current or future use of the Services (or any part of it). At the same time, we will be exempted from all liability and damage arising from the above mentioned Customer violations.
User registration
In the event we develop a user registration feature, the Customer agrees to keep his password confidential and will be responsible for all use of his account and password. We reserve the right to delete, reclaim a username, or change a username if, in our sole discretion, we determine that such username is inappropriate.
Advertisement
We may allow advertisers to display their advertisements and other information in certain areas of the website. We simply provide the space to place such advertisements and do not have any other relationship with the advertisers.
Indemnify
The customer agrees to indemnify and release us from all obligations for all damages, losses, obligations, and costs arising due to/from the customer’s violation of these Terms and Conditions, violation of the rights benefit of any third party, including but not limited to property rights and moral rights.
Ensure
We use reasonable care and comply fully with legal requirements to provide the services. If we do not meet the quality described in this guarantee statement, customers can contact us and we will work together to find a way to resolve the issue.
Intellectual property rights
All content and resources on this website are owned/used by us, including but not limited to: Logos, trademarks, videos, images, articles. Except for personal use or non-commercial internal use, customers are not allowed to use it in any other form without our written consent.
Process for receiving and resolving complaints
If Customer has any concern or dispute regarding the Services, Customer agrees to attempt to resolve the dispute by contacting us. We will receive customer complaints and allocate them to a specialized department to coordinate and resolve the customer’s problem.
Pay
Bookings can be made using one of a number of methods including: COD payment or online payment.
• COD payment (applicable to services that allow COD payment from time to time):
Customers select the service they need to use and register the required information and confirm the reservation. After receiving the reservation, the system will return a reservation confirmation message to the Customer. When using the service, Customers will pay directly to the staff at the Restaurant.
• Online payment includes: Payment by ATM, Visa card, Master Card, JCB card via payment gateway on the website and other methods added from time to time.
The customer selects the service to use and registers the required information and confirms the booking, the system will automatically navigate to the payment page of the Payment Gateway Partner. The customer enters the payment card information. and confirm.
The online payment system is provided by Payment Gateway Partners licensed in Vietnam, so payment standards ensure industry security standards. The payment gateway system meets the standards of the State Bank of Vietnam and international security standards PCI DSS 3.2.1 level 1, meeting the strict requirements on security and data processing procedures of the Standards Council. International security standards, firewall system to protect databases, strict information control.
The storage and security of Customer payment card information is performed by a licensed Payment Gateway Partner, we do not directly store Customer payment card information.
Our rights and obligations
We are responsible for providing Customers with services consistent with the descriptions we have posted to Customers;
Responsible for resolving customer complaints related to provided services.
Modification of terms and conditions
We may change or modify the Terms and Conditions at our sole discretion without notice. Customers can view updated information at any time on this Website. If the Customer continues to use the Service, it means that the Customer has accepted and agreed to abide by the newly updated Terms and Conditions.
We reserve the right to change, modify, or remove the contents of the Service at any time or for any reason at our sole discretion without notice. We also reserve the right to modify or discontinue all or part of the Services without notice at any time. We shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.
We cannot guarantee that the Services will be available at all times. We may experience hardware, software, or other problems or need to perform maintenance related to the Service, resulting in interruptions, delays, or errors.
